Yoga for Fertility Workshops

The techniques explored in this workshop can be used alone or as a complement to medical interventions (such as IUI, IVM and IVF).
This workshop is suited to all levels – beginners are welcome. (Women only)
o Tap into your inner creative power through simple yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and visualization.
o Release your stress and anxiety.
o Increase the flow of energy to the reproductive organs and balance hormone levels through specific poses.
o Learn about simple life styles changes to promote optimal fertility.
o Create a community of support.
Tasha Lackman is the founder of Child's Pose Fertility (www.childsposefertility.com). She is a certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and holds a Bachelors in Social Work. Having had a direct experience with infertility, she is now a proud mother.

The goal of the workshop is to introduce couples
to the practice of Yoga and relaxation aimed at
fertility and stress management. Practicing Yoga
as a couple can create new levels of intimacy,
harmony and balance between you and your
partner.
In this workshop you will experience:
- a series of Yoga postures designed to
enhance your chances to conceive and to
strengthen your non-verbal communication
with your partner
- new levels of awareness of your body and your connection to your partner
- calming and centering breathing exercises
- deep relaxation techniques
- a visualization for fertility

Katja works a lot with women in her yoga classes. She studied “Hormone Yoga” from Dinah Rodriguez, a teacher in Brazil who created a therapeutic series for the hormones. Kundalini Yoga has 1000 series of exercises and a lot of hormonal components. Katja adds to these two approaches -her studies in Shiatsu as well as acupressure points for women.
This workshop can be booked by every woman, every age, also yoga beginners. The subjects will be menopause, menstrual pain and premenstrual syndrome. The participants will get a handout with the exercises and the description of the localization from the important acupressure points for women.

FREE New and Full Moon meditations - The Healing Tantra Ring

 Come celebrate the New and Full moons with us! This powerful group meditation starts at the times indicated in the lunar calendar table below every day of the New or Full Moon. If time will allow, we shall start with a short yoga set warm up. The meditation will take 31 minutes, during which the Healing Ring must never be broken.

A Gong deep relaxation will follow to well integrate the healing energies, and possibly a kirtan after for those who would like to stay and express their joy through chanting mantras.
